Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and change control for the capital project portfolio. The role interfaces with Engineering, Design, Plant/Operations, and Project Management to ensure integrated performance through the full project lifecycle.

NOTE: This person can sit on-site at the Ricboro,GA location or Plaquemine, LA location and travel between sites as needed.
The Project Controls Manager independently leads all project controls functions across the capital project portfolio, including cost management, schedule development and control, progress measurement, change management, and executive reporting. This role serves as the primary interface between Engineering, Design, Plant/Operations, and Project Management to ensure integrated project performance visibility throughout the full project lifecycle — from early project definition through commissioning and close-out. The Project Controls Manager is accountable for establishing and maintaining the controls baseline, driving disciplined change management, and providing objective performance data to support sound project decision-making.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field with 10+ years of capital project controls experience, including 7+ years in a lead controls role within a chemical, industrial, or Owner Engineering environment. A Master’s Degree or AACE International certification (CCP, PSP, or EVP) is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel required; SAP experience is a plus.
