Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking a Project Controls Manager for our Mission Critical division in Atlanta, GA. The role supports the Site Manager and Project Manager, traveling to job sites to implement the project plan and ensure contract compliance throughout execution.

Ideal candidates will bring five years of electrical/instrumentation project controls experience, proficiency in Primavera and MS Office, and a strong ability to read drawings and interpret contract language.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related technical degree.
• Approximately five years' experience in electrical and instrumentation project controls.
• Proficient ability to read drawings and interpret contract language.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Vista.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Project Coordinator subordinates and communicate with Site/Project Manager.
• Maintain documentation between office and field to meet contract requirements.
• Monitor costs and assist in change orders, overhead extensions, and claims.
• Create and maintain cost, productivity and schedule tracking with Site/Project Manager.
• Review bid documents and manage material release and purchasing to align with contracts.
