Aegis Project Controls Warrenton, MO, is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for data center projects. - Two or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.
- One or more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field (waived with 5+ years in vertical construction).
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- On-site full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM schedules.
- Review project documents to create baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
- Perform progress updates with reporting and narratives.
- Conduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team.
- Cost and resource management and reporting.
- Identify risks and impacts within project schedules.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support services to our valuedclient'sdata centerpractice. This position will work with a team of professionals, including client project managers, construction professionals, and project stakeholders, to develop, manage,andmonitorCPM schedules and project control systems throughout a project's life cycle.This role is a significantproject team position withmany growth opportunities.
General responsibilities include:
- Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
- Review project documents and specifications todevelop baseline schedules that accuratelyinclude all required dates, activities,and milestones.
- Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.
- Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals.
- Perform critical path analyses,identifyschedule-related problems, andrecommend corrective actions.
- Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages fortheproject site team.
- Reviewthecontractor’s progress and presentitto management for decision-making.
- Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program.
- Cost and resource management and reporting.
- Identification and evaluation of risk and impacts within project schedules.
- Communicate project status and challenges effectively.
- Meetwith project teams, clients, owners,and various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.
- Oneor more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture,engineering, construction, project management, orarelatedfield. This requirement may be waived withfiveor moreyears of direct, vertical construction industry experience.
- Proficiencyin Oracle Primavera P6.
- Ability to accurately interpret construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences.
- Experience developing construction project schedules fordata centerprojects.
- Cost and resource management and reporting,
- Familiarity with contractual clauses as they apply to planning and scheduling,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously,
- AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification(s) preferred.
- This role requires being full-time on-site.

95,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Warrenton, MO)
