The Project Controls Director is accountable for the leadership, integration, and delivery of all project controls activities across a major capital program of approximately $2 bn. The role provides end‑to‑end oversight of cost, planning, risk, change, and performance management, ensuring that the program is delivered with robust control, transparency, and predictability. The Director will lead a multidisciplinary project controls organization, incorporating cost management, scheduling, risk management, estimating, and cost control, both in program‑delivery and standards‑governance functions. Operating within a complex, high‑value, regulated infrastructure environment, the Director is a core member of the Program Leadership Team, providing independent insight, challenge, and assurance on program performance, forecast outcomes, and key delivery risks.
The Accountable role ensures effective integration of cost, schedule, risk and change, enabling informed decision‑making at program and executive level, aligns US program delivery with global Urenco standards, and drives consistency of approach across the organization. The Director leads a large team of staff and contractors, building and sustaining a high‑performing, integrated project controls organization that supports both local program delivery and global consistency. Project controls outputs support key governance processes, including stage gates, investment approvals, and executive reporting, ensuring alignment with approved cost, schedule, and risk parameters.

Starting at $250,158 – $300,190 per year, dependent on candidate qualifications.
