Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Project Services Business Analyst to partner with Turnaround and Project teams to define how project controls data is structured and leveraged for decision-making. Located at our main campus in Wichita, Kansas.

You will translate complex processes into scalable analytics, develop governance, and drive enterprise decision-making through trusted data. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering requirements and implementing process/reporting improvements with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to US and Canada sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize project controls data models, metrics, and reporting frameworks across KAES.
• Translate business processes into structured data requirements and scalable reporting.
• Partner with IT and data teams to design sustainable, governed data solutions.
• Develop standardized dashboards and self-service reporting for actionable insights.
• Promote data integrity and common data practices across project and turnaround teams.
• Drive alignment across functions for consistent interpretation of project data.
• Build trusted relationships to connect business needs with data capabilities.
