Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Project Controls Cost Lead for a long-term contract in Safford, AZ. The role features a 2 weeks onsite / 2 weeks remote rotation, supporting Engineering, Procurement and Construction with cost analysis, reporting and forecasting.

The candidate will define cost control structures, compile cost elements, manage change logs, and provide weekly to quarterly cost status. Strong SAP, P6 and EcoSys experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls for heavy industries.
• ERP system experience, SAP required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define cost control chart of accounts by WBS and cost system.
• Compile and report project cost elements and forecasts.
• Process change notices and maintain cost change logs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly cost reports.
• Assess design/procurement/construction changes for cost/schedule impact.
• Identify and resolve project control issues with the team.
• Forecast status against baseline schedule for complex scopes.
