Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support project planning, scheduling, and cost control across major initiatives. The role focuses on strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience with scheduling tools.

The candidate will work in an on-site Anchorage, Alaska environment, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with federal contract requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, maintaining, and analyzing integrated critical path schedules per project specs.
• Collect and update project progress data from teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project metrics including schedule dates, percent complete, resource needs, deliverables, and accruals.
• Document planning objectives, scope, and milestones for scheduling processes.
• Track schedule progress and ensure compliance with internal processes and federal contract requirements.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistwithdevelopment,maintaining, andanalyzeintegrated critical path schedulesin accordance withproject specifications
• Collect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders
• Assistwithmonitoringproject metrics including schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals
• Assistwith documenting planningobjectives, scope, and milestones for inclusion in scheduling processes
• Track schedule progress
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business,Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
• 2-5 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experiencewith scheduling
• Organized, detail oriented and proactive
• Familiarity with any scheduling tool such as Primavera or MS Project
• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to successfully complete any required background investigation and pre-employment screening consistent with federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with DoD or DOE contracts
• Familiarity with project controls tools and methodologies in a federal contracting environment

Work Authorization:

U.S. Citizenshiprequiredue to federal contract requirements.

Working Conditions:

This position is primarily performed in an office environmentora home office setting. Employees willbe requiredto use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.Employees must be available to work duringAlaska DaylightTime Zone business hours.
