Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group seeks a Project Controls professional to drive cost control, budgeting, and reporting for large-scale capital projects. You will collaborate with project teams to manage schedules, forecasts, and cost plans using Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and Tableau, with hybrid on-site/in-office work across California sites and client offices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in project controls, with strong Excel expertise and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience in project controls for large-scale projects.
• Experience managing project cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, vlookup, dashboards), SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop project schedules to control cost plans and perform earned value analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, reporting, and performance management documentation.
• Manage orders and project documentation from inception to completion.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and project records.
