Qualifications

Experience in cost analysis during planning, design, and construction phases is preferred.
PM, CM, or Project Controls related professional certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
Prepare Owner’s project budgets in collaboration with project management.
Maintain monthly Cost Report and Cash Flow for several projects.
Review contractor’s schedule submissions regularly for accuracy.
