Job summary

You will develop dashboards, maintain schedules, manage logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and action items, and coordinate meetings. Strong organizational skills and experience in construction are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of experience in construction, project administration, project controls, or construction operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer standardized project controls, processes, and operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards to track schedules, milestones, action items, and overall project performance.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate regular updates with project teams.
• Manage RFI, submittal, change order, and action-item logs, ensuring information is current and properly tracked.
• Establish consistent document standards, filing procedures, and project documentation practices.
• Coordinate project meetings, including meeting cadence, agendas, action items, and follow-up.
• Track open issues, assignments, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Support project startup and closeout procedures, ensuring required documentation and processes are completed.
• Develop and deliver training on project controls, documentation standards, and administrative procedures.
