Job summary

Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Project Controller to support financial management for multiple projects, maintaining SAP S/4HANA PS data, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.

You will coordinate with project teams, procurement, and scheduling, ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition and accurate EAC, and assist external audits while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant project accounting or cost control experience; 10 years accepted.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile project cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Maintain SAP S/4HANA PS structures, WBS, budgets, and settlement rules.
• Oversee P2P cycle for projects with correct WBS coding and GR/IR accuracy.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis against budgets.
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and percent-of-completion calculations.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure policy compliance.
