Job summary

ABB is seeking a Local Division Controller in the US to lead planning, scheduling, and control for large project phases. You will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, and risks, supporting improvements to planning tools and processes.

The role reports to the Local Division Controller, with a hybrid work model, and requires strong financial discipline, project PM experience, and SAP PS familiarity to drive on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of financial or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of financial experience in a project business preferred.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems or similar.
• Cost forecasting and scheduling experience.
• Self-driven personality with motivation to work in an international company.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and control for all project phases of large delivery.
• Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, and cash in/out.
• Assess risks and opportunities and suggest process/tool improvements.
• Ensure projects are closed per contracts in alignment with the Project Manager.
