Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks a contract Project Controller in Juno Beach, FL to develop and implement processes for tracking inventory and storage costs and to support core accounting and project controls activities.

You will ensure project-related financial transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported, while collaborating with project and finance stakeholders to keep project finances current and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is preferred.
• Experience supporting project-related financial activities and reporting.
• SAP experience is required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) experience preferred.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for tracking inventory and storage costs.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
• Complete monthly accruals and account reconciliations.
• Track and monitor invoices to support timely processing and payment.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures.

Project Controller

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $32-37/hr

We are seeking a contract accounting professional to develop and implement processes for tracking inventory and storage costs while supporting core accounting and project controls activities. This role will help ensure project-related financial transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Accounting and Project Controls department. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining processes for tracking inventory and storage costs
• Supporting accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of project-related financial transactions
• Partnering with project and finance stakeholders to keep project financials current and compliant
