Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including construction accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with audits, tax filings, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate and construction entities.
• Review financial statements, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support annual audits, tax provisions, and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Oversee construction loan draws, cost certifications, and project reporting.
• Manage cash balances, payments, deposits, and contractor fee calculations.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor setup, invoice coding, and approvals.
• Maintain corporate debt and lease schedules.
• Support real estate and financing transactions, including loan closings and conversions.
• Assist with accounting system administration and process improvements.
• Review online banking transfers and monitor account activity.
• Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial data across all entities.

The Project Controller oversees corporate accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities, with a strong focus on construction-related financial operations. This role manages monthly and quarterly closes, audit preparation, budgeting, forecasting, loan draw processes, and cash management. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in construction accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.

• Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 (DOE) + bonus

Key Responsibilities
