As an entry-level position, this role performs basic Project Control activities.

1. Learn the cost and/or scheduling terminology
2. Understand the principles of a Work Breakdown Structure
3. Collect data, input updates, and produce basic cost/scheduling management reports
4. Ensure efficiency and accuracy in data gathering; maintain orderly records to ensure system integrity
5. Provide and collect historical information
6. Assist in the change management process
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or equivalent in applicable field; no required work experience or a combination of education and related experience totaling four (4) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to meet local requirements
• Effective communication skills with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Relevant technical knowledge to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within time constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• A four (4) year degree or equivalent with coursework in business and computer software
• Strong personal computer skills
• Proficiency in automated accounting and cost management systems
• Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments and business matters
