About The Position
Dexis Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a Project Control Lead to provide on-site support to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). The Project Control Lead will be a part of a contract team providing support to the OCHCO Front Office and select OCHCO offices by sustaining OCHCO operations in the areas of acquisition and procurement administration, budget formulation and execution, and administrative support, and surge support as necessary.
OCHCO is responsible for HR services for the Department of Homeland Security. OCHCO fulfills its congressionally mandated mission requirements through various Components, Divisions and the Business Operations that support OCHCO. The OCHCO Front Office, led by the Chief of Staff, ensures necessary collaboration, execution, monitoring, and completion of actions; provides strategic guidance; coordinates internal/external communication, executive correspondence, integration, and special projects, and administration to ensure efficient and effective organization success; provides financial management, contract management, facilities management, space management, quality assurance, and administrative support functions.
This full-time position is located in the Washington, D.C. area and is required to be on-site full time, subject to change if requirements shift. This position is contingent upon contract award.
