Foundation Personnel, a specialist recruitment partner to the Power Transmission & Distribution sector, is working with a leading utility electrical contractor to appoint an experienced Project Controls Engineer.

Role Description

This is an opportunity for a Project Controls Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of utility Power Transmission & Distribution projects based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to develop and manage project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, critical path activities, milestones, and schedule variances.
• Identify potential delays and schedule risks and support recovery planning.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and project controls reports.
• Coordinate with utility clients, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure accurate schedule reporting.
• Support project planning from pre-construction through completion.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Controls or Project Scheduling experience within Power Transmission & Distribution.
• Strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience is required.
• Strong utility electrical construction experience is required.
• Experience with utility transmission, distribution, and/or substation projects.
• Understanding of construction scheduling, critical path methodology, and project forecasting.
• Ability to work from or around Green Bay, Wisconsin, with travel to project sites as required.
