Curtiss-Wright in Cheswick, PA is seeking an Associate Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling activities for production, design, and forecasted projects.

Under detailed and guided direction, you will maintain schedules, monitor progress, report to stakeholders, and help manage critical path activities with a DoD clearance requirement and a hybrid 9/80 work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of basic project management principles preferred.
• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Supports project managers in identifying critical path activities and resource allocation.
• Assists Project Managers with the development of a Project Work Plan.
• Creates and maintains project schedules depicting all project prerequisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments in support of Production Control activities.
• Monitors project progress and updates schedules accordingly.
• Prepares and distributes schedule reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure alignment on timelines.
• Identifies potential schedule risks and recommends solutions.
