  • Ability to improve throughput, reduce lead time, and drive operational performance.

  • Conceive, plan, and design systems or processes; integrate hardware/software, embedded systems, or service platforms; conduct research applying engineering principles.
  • Perform cost estimates, engineering studies, and feasibility analyses; lead pilot projects and effective process development.
  • Design, implement, and sustain new operating systems, workflows, and standard work that improve execution and accountability.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive corrective actions to improve on-time delivery, quality, productivity, and capacity.
