Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resources, equipment, meetings, and information for Project/Program Managers
• Prepares and delivers status reports or reviews
• Tracks staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters for the Project/Program Manager
• Facilitates communication between client and internal teams; schedules meetings to maintain schedule; relays issues with timelines or budgets to the Project/Program Manager
• Performs routine tasks with some supervision; leads and guides the work of technical staff

As a Project Control Analyst, you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who supports Project and Program Managers in coordinating resources, meetings, and deliverables to ensure programs remain on schedule. You thrive in environments that require proactive communication, serving as the bridge between clients, leadership, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Works to assist Project Managers and/or Program Managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
• Prepares and delivers status reports or reviews.
• Tracks staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters for the Project/Program Manager.
• Other responsibilities may include but not limited to communicating between the client and various teams internally, setting times and dates for meetings to keep on schedule, and relaying any issues with timelines or budgets to the Project/Program Manager.
• Perform routine tasks with some supervision. Lead and guide the work of technical staff.

Here’s What You Need

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
• 2+ years as aProject ControlSpecialist
• Proficient in English, written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ensures that all meetings attended have accurate records kept which includes but is not limited to meeting minutes, technical documents, briefs, action items, and decisions
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Public Trust required

Additional Qualifications

• Project+ certification preferred
• Prior experience supporting in a DoD environment
