Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our Celina team. This role will coordinate planning, design and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects, while coaching and overseeing staff.

You will work with a collaborative group on healthcare, education, distribution, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and 6+ years of site/civil experience, with strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Valid Professional Engineer license is required.
• 6+ years of related site/civil land development experience.
• Strong client development and communication abilities.
• Experience in design from concept through construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects, coordinating with clients.
• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, and infrastructure from concept through completion.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
• Prepare reports including feasibility studies and technical specifications.
• Provide hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation support.
