Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Washington or Idaho EIT certification or PE license.
• Strong CAD skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from planning through design and delivery.
• Prepare utility plans and profiles, grading plans, and roadway layouts.
• Perform storm drainage calculations and preliminary plat work.
• Coordinate with project design team, clients, contractors and agencies.
• Support construction administration during project execution.
