Your Responsibilities as a Project Civil Engineer:

• Perform detailed and conceptual civil engineering design, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and utility planning.
• Prepare and review design plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, calculations, and reports.
• Assist the Project Manager with overall project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and task assignments.
• Track project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Support the development of proposals,scopedocuments, and client presentations.
• Assistin the permit application and approval process, coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, documenting actionitemsandfacilitatingfollow-up.
• Contribute to internal project management systems bymaintainingaccuraterecords, budgets, and progress reports.
• Actively pursue opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.

What we're looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. EITrequired,PE preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficiencywith MS Office suite, Civil 3D, andHydroCADpreferred. Experience with HEC/RAZ is beneficial.
• Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
