Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking an experienced operations professional to independently manage project shipments, including breakbulk, RORO, FCL, and OOG. The role requires coordination of fixtures, booking notes, documentation, and domestic/international travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in project logistics, a degree in logistics or related field, and fluent English and Chinese. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in operations for project shipment, breakbulk, and heavy lift cargo.
• University Graduates, preferably major in Logistics or with experience as crew
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Good physical health and a cheerful, outgoing personality.
• Independent and ability to work under tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project shipment operations independently, including breakbulk/RORO/FCL/OOG
• Familiar with Fixture/Booking Note, import/export docs, local transportation, forwarding, and customs services
• Utilize Microsoft Office for communication and reporting
• Available for short-term business trips domestically and overseas as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time shipment execution
