Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide and update AutoCAD drawings, including office layouts, test-fit plans, seating plans, and facility drawings.
• Understand client requests and translate requirements accurately into drawings.
• Support space planning, site measurements, and drawing updates for renovation, expansion, and relocation projects.
• Maintain accurate floor plans, drawing records, and version control.
• Support CAD/ Space programming activities when required.

Location: Bundang, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do (1 FTE)

Job Description

• Provide and update AutoCAD drawings, including office layouts, test-fit plans, seating plans, and facility drawings.

• Maintain accurate floor plans, drawing records, and version control.
• Support CAD/ Space programming activities when required.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management & Layout Functions.
• Understanding of technical requirements for building/office projects.
• Strong Auto CAD skills are mandatory.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
• Proficiency in using tech industry software packages and tools, such as MS Office, etc.

Location: On-site –Seongnam, Korea, Republic of
