LanceSoft is seeking an Accounting Professional in Houston, TX for a 12+ month engagement. The role focuses on tactical procurement execution, PO scheduling, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to keep projects on track. Strong SAP and Excel skills are essential, with 3+ years in direct procurement.

Daily tasks include expediting orders, ensuring timely PO issuance, and maintaining documentation while aligning with global processes. On-site hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in direct procurement.
• Strong SAP transactional experience.
• Outstanding Excel skills.
• Team player with the ability to meet fixed deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a work queue and ensure Purchase Orders are issued on time.
• Collaborate with Internal Customers for early involvement and care.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate price increases, and resolve invoicing issues.
• Adhere to P2P processes and procurement guidelines.
• Support Supplier Management activities (qualification, selection, evaluation).
• Maintain documentation and contract management systems.
