Job summary

UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group is seeking experienced Corporate Tax Consultants for project-based and interim engagements in Florida. You will handle sophisticated corporate income tax work for large, public and private-equity-backed companies and provide hands-on ASC 740 provision and tax compliance support.

Engagements vary by client need; you will collaborate with leadership, controllership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely tax deliverables and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 10+ years of corporate income tax experience with ASC 740 and compliance work.
• Experience with large publicly traded companies or private‑equity portfolios preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and support quarterly and annual ASC 740 provisions and related tax calculations.
• Perform federal and state corporate income tax compliance for large C corporations.
• Reconcile tax accounts and provide supported schedules and rollforwards.
