Job summary

Fairweather in Alaska is seeking a Project Assurance Engineer to support the Assurance Manager in implementing the Project Assurance Framework across all project phases. You will coordinate assurance activities, manage stage-gate reviews, readiness assessments, and verification to ensure SMS-aligned delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or project assurance.
• Experience with stage-gate reviews and project delivery systems.
• Ability to coordinate assurance activities across project phases.
• Familiarity with readiness and assurance verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project assurance activities across all project phases.
• Maintain assurance schedules, action registers, and deliverable tracking.
• Verify assurance requirements are incorporated into project execution plans.
• Prepare assurance dashboards and reports.
• Support gate readiness assessments.
• Interface coordination between PM, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, HSE, Commercial, Stakeholder Management.
