Job Description

Press Ganey is looking for a Project Associate to support healthcare improvement efforts across the United States. This non‑exempt, hourly role involves travel (up to 70% of the time) and requires a flexible schedule that varies weekly. The position is not benefits eligible except for a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting expertise and engage in billable consulting activities with client teams.
• Manage evolving client expectations and collaborate on integration with consulting and service delivery.
• Conduct interviews with hospital personnel and on‑site observations.
• Monitor client experience and recommend strategies to enhance services.
• Assist with documentation, presentation, and delivery of results.
• Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems or processes.
• Attend regular face‑to‑face or virtual meetings with clients.
• Ensure quality control of all deliverables.
• Drive the development of thought‑leadership materials and new service offerings.

Qualifications
