Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Project Assistant to support operations and project management with essential administrative tasks. The role requires detail orientation, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate scheduling, document handling, and customer service activities while contributing to safe, efficient project delivery across engineering and field teams. Full-time, on-site position with weekend coverage when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related administrative experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Weekend work with short notice may be required to meet emergency business demands.
• Experience in customer service (face-to-face and/or telecommunications).

As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting operation and project management teams with administrative related tasks. This position must have strong attention to detail and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask and prioritize tasks while remaining focused on providing exceptional customer service.

What it takes:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), and 3-5 years of related administrative experience, or equivalent combination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
