Job summary

Mead O'Brien is seeking an assistant to support the successful execution of large customer projects from proposal through completion. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, suppliers, and operations, helping ensure project requirements, schedules, documentation, and communications stay on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, solving problems, building relationships, and helping deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate project activities from order receipt through project closeout
  • Manage project documentation, submittals, schedules, and customer requirements
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and operations personnel
  • Track project milestones and help ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Review contract and project requirements to support successful execution
  • Maintain accurate project records and customer information
  • Facilitate communication among all parties involved in a project
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns, warranty issues, and project-related questions
  • Support continuous improvement of project documentation and processes

  • Experience with project management software, SharePoint, or ERP systems is a plus
