Base pay range

$25.85/hr - $28.85/hr

Primary Talent Partners has a new Project Assistant opportunity with our large power generation client.

This is a remote opportunity, but the manager lives in the Raleigh/Durham area and travels to Indianapolis quarterly, so candidates in those areas would be great, but are not required.

Pay: $26/hr - $29/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Schedule: Standard business hours. There may be occasional early morning meetings for global coordination.

Description:

Support tasks include impact validation, program development, site refresh, strategy execution, and administrative support for planning and validation activities.

Job Summary:

Assist in developing business processes and managing small projects under supervision, providing administrative and logistical support to project teams and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project tasks, develop basic project management skills, and assist with issue resolution and status communication.
  • Help monitor budgets, research, analyze, and support project planning and risk management.
  • Document lessons learned, maintain project records, and support global coordination.
Qualifications and Competencies:

Skills include effective communication, planning, resource management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and project scheduling using standard tools.

Skills/Expertise needed:

Proficiency in MS Office, project management, research, communication, resource planning, data analysis, social media, web content management, and specific project skills.

Education and Experience:

3-5 years with a college degree OR 5+ years work experience without a degree.
