Responsibilities

  • Actively support multiple projects throughout their lifecycle by assessing and resolving project issues to confirm timely progress, milestone tracking, and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project submittals, coordinate logistics, and verify compliance with project procedures and contract requirements.
  • Corroborate prompt and accurate processing of project documents by utilizing tools to review, provide insight, track data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
  • Perform administrative duties while coordinating logistics, facilitating project submittals, and ensuring smooth project participation and compliance.
  • Engage in multiple project tasks including research, data analytics, reporting and client presentations; engage with program stakeholders in a retail setting.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, promote a safety-oriented culture across all projects, and provide support for incident investigations as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, project participants, market partners, and contractors to establish smooth project participation and compliance.

Overview

TRC is seeking a motivated and resourceful Project Associate to actively contribute to the successful execution of multiple projects across their lifecycle. This position will take on a proactive role in assessing and resolving project issues, ensuring compliance with project procedures, and fostering collaboration among internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safety-oriented culture. This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate project logistics, and build effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant field, and 1 + years of experience.

A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered in place of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
