Garver’s Buildings team seeks an experienced Project Architect/Project Coordinator in Little Rock or North Little Rock, AR. The candidate should have at least 5 years of architectural experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate across in-house disciplines.

The role emphasizes construction documents, detailing, and integration of engineering disciplines while maintaining clear project communications within a diverse design team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Licensed Architect or the ability to gain licensure within 12 months.
• BIM experience - Proficient in Revit.
• 5-15 years of architecture experience.
• Working knowledge of construction techniques and coordinating details.
• Detail oriented.
• Working knowledge of coordination with project engineering disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an in-house multi-disciplinary team.
• Lead project delivery and coordination among architects, engineers, planners and designers.
• Develop construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate building components and engineering disciplines.
• Communicate effectively and provide leadership on projects.
