Job summary

Teklysium Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Architecture Project Manager in Newport Beach, CA. You will lead projects from design through construction, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial architectural project management, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and a preference for an architectural license. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial architectural project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Experience managing commercial projects, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, entitlements, and CEQA.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
