Denver Metro Area | On-Site with Some Hybrid Flexibility Full-Time | Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 DOE

A legacy Denver architecture firm with over 30 years of experience designing civic and institutional projects is seeking a Registered Architect to join their team as a Project Architect or Project Manager. With over 50 major facilities completed in Colorado alone and extensive work across the Mountain West, this firm has become a trusted leader in shaping secure, sustainable, and human-centered public spaces.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to take a leadership role in a firm that values thoughtful design, long-term client relationships, and meaningful community impact. You'll work on complex, multi-stakeholder projects throughout the region-projects that demand creativity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of both security and humanity in architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects from design through construction
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients
• Participate in facility assessments, master planning, and programming
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of growth and design excellence
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Registered Architect in Colorado
• 10+ years of architectural experience
• Strong project leadership and client communication skills
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with public or civic architecture is preferred, but an openness to new project types is valued
