Job summary

Richter Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our Corpus Christi team. The candidate will lead complex architectural projects, oversee programming through construction administration, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Ideal applicants have 8–10 years of project management experience in architecture or engineering, a Texas architectural license or reciprocity eligibility, and strong Revit/AutoCAD capabilities with excellent communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all stages of complex architectural projects, from programming to construction documents and construction administration.

  • Client relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Statewide travel: Be available for travel across the state as needed.

  • Sustainability: LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaborative software.
  • Construction Savvy: Well-versed in construction technology, specifications, and construction administration.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Government Projects: Experience with government projects is a plus.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal government background check.
