Job summary

Richter Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our Corpus Christi team. The candidate will lead complex architectural projects, oversee programming through construction administration, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Ideal applicants have 8–10 years of project management experience in architecture or engineering, a Texas architectural license or reciprocity eligibility, and strong Revit/AutoCAD capabilities with excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in project management within architecture or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all stages of complex architectural projects, from programming to construction documents and construction administration.
• Government compliance: Implement government agency requirements and guidelines.
• Effective communication: Document, track, and distribute project communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Client relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Statewide travel: Be available for travel across the state as needed.
