Job summary

gpac is seeking a Project Architect for our Los Angeles, CA office. The candidate will mentor, coach, develop and promote for long-term success while managing projects from concept through construction.

Requirements include a 4+ year track record, a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; an architectural license is preferred or in process. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
• Architectural license preferred or in process.

Responsibilities

• Lead from start to finish project management.
• Consult with clients on interior design concepts and needs.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Prepare schedules, estimates and budgets for projects.
• Use software to design, sketch and produce drawings.
• Develop professional client relationships and lead the team.
