Job summary

Hauser Architects, PC in Loveland, Colorado is seeking a Project Architect or Job Captain with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This in-office role focuses on producing and coordinating construction documents in Revit from schematic design through CDs, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.

You will participate in client meetings, conduct building code research across jurisdictions (IBC, IEBC, IFC, ANSI A117.1), and help develop design concepts and presentation

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm on commercial project types.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Working knowledge of building codes and commercial construction practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We're seeking a Project Architect or Job Captain with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

This is an in-office position at our Loveland studio. Occasional construction site visits are part of the role;

Compensation:

$80,000 – $110,000 per year
