Responsibilities

Creates construction documents (CDs) and reviews CDs to ensure compliance with firm standards and codes.
Manages project through contract administration phase.
Coordinates engineering consultants’ work for design solutions and timely submittals.
May assist with field surveys as needed.
Manages contract administration budget and informs stakeholders of variances.
Mentors junior/intermediate designers and reviews their work.
Conducts client interviews to determine technical requirements.
