Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural models, contract documents, and specifications for projects.
• Run design and planning analyses to support reports and specs.
• Write project specifications and align drawings with specs.
• Coordinate technical design across disciplines with teams and consultants.
• Review reports, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve field issues on site and communicate with contractor.
• Maintain client and consultant relationships and update teams on progress.
• Complete AXP and Architectural Registration Exams; NCARB/AIA/LEED BD+C support.
• Mentor junior staff and share lessons learned.
