Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or other rendering tools.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and tools (e.g. LEED, WELL).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of design concepts by creating digital models.
• Create architectural drawings and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
• Research building codes and materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate systems.
