Responsibilities

Develop a clear understanding of project design philosophy and convey it to the team.
Coordinate technical design, detailed design development and quality control across phases.
Lead production of schematic, design development and construction documents.
Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to integrate design concepts.
Review shop drawings and samples for conformance with design.
Assist project manager with schedule and budget coordination.
