  • Experience with developer based residential architecture
  • Wood‑frame multi‑family mixed‑use high density
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Office required. Photoshop, and/or InDesign a plus
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Self‑motivated personality to take on projects and assignments without the need for the micromanagement of a supervisor
• Basic understanding of IBC & Accessibility Codes

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $100,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training.
