Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Project Architect for the Global Services division, focusing on Cloud Security, IoT, and Networking. You will manage post-sales deployments, work with customers, and train on company products.

The role requires on-site presence in New York City, NY, with up to 50% travel and a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and scalable deployment across Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical account management, networking, or professional services with Fortune 500 experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or similar field.
  • Ability to obtain FedRAMP compliance (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
  • Strong networking background: HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter authority on the company’s product suite during post-sales deployments.
  • Act as project management arm for customer accounts, ensuring successful deployments.
  • Configure and fine‑tune product features and provide vendor-led training.
  • Communicate effectively with C-suite to IT directors as the technical voice.
  • Collaborate with World Services Manager and account executives to plan service strategies and cross-sell.

About The Role

We are seeking a Project Architect in the Global Services division with expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance, and Access Control. You will partner with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives to service large and strategic customers within the the company footprint. In this role, you will interface with customers and partners on post-sales deployment project management, assisting with technical issues and providing expert-level configuration and training on the company Products. We need someone who will be highly motivated, able to learn quickly, and work independently while making an impact on the success of our Global deployments.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site 5 days per week in New York City, NY.

What You'll Do
  • Be the subject matter authority on the full the company suite of products and offerings and provide expert-level service to customers during the post-sales process
  • Serve as the project management arm for customer accounts, ensuring successful deployments of the company products in the customer’s environment
  • Magnify the value of the company products for customers through configuring and fine-tuning product features, use cases, and analytics; provide vendor-led training to customers
  • Effectively serve as the technical voice to all levels of customer, from C-level executives to loss prevention managers and directors of IT
  • Work directly with your Global Services Manager and Sales Account Executives to develop services strategies and workflows for the customer, as well as participate in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Be a Product Technical Evangelist in training/educating partners, customers, and internal employees on the latest the company product offerings
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Network Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant with a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, IT Security, or similar field
  • Ability to gain FedRAMP Compliance: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card)
  • Strong background in Computer Networking: HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP servers, firewalls, and software systems
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills to efficiently articulate technical matters with customers and partners
  • Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to adapt to an ever evolving workplace and company
  • Genuine excitement for software/hardware products, Cloud Security, and IoT devices
  • Travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certifications such as AWS, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Network+
  • Experience working with Linux systems
  • Previous startup experience

Annual Pay Range

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A the company employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
