Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional architectural experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; BIM workflows; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes, systems, construction detailing, and best practices.
• Strong design, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design ideas, concepts, and solutions from programming through construction administration.
• Produce and coordinate Revit models, drawings, and project documentation through all phases of design.
• Coordinate architectural work with consultants and internal team members to support well-integrated documents.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, presentations, and project coordination meetings.
• Research and apply building codes, materials, systems, construction methods, and product information; assist with coordination of project specifications.
• Review project documents for coordination, accuracy, and consistency with design intent.
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and resolution of field issues.
• Take increasing ownership of project tasks, deadlines, communication, and coordination; manage multiple priorities with growing independence.
