Job summary

AECOM is seeking a talented Project Architect to join our Buildings + Places team covering Houston, Dallas and Austin, Texas. You will lead design efforts, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality architectural solutions for public and private clients.

Licensed in Texas with 4+ years of experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools (Enscape or Lumion) is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Architecture.
4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Licensed Architect in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure within a year).
Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, as well as visualization tools like Enscape or Lumion.

Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Lead the design process for projects across sectors, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
Documentation: Prepare and oversee detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports.
Client Interaction: Support presentations, design reviews, and project inquiries.
Team Collaboration: Work with senior architects and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
