Posillico Civil, Inc. in Farmingdale, NY seeks an experienced Architect/PM to lead design development and construction documents for complex projects. You will coordinate with consultants, manage permits, and support corporate office renovations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Science and Management from an accredited institution required.
• New York State Registered Architect preferred, candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered.
• 4-6 years of professional architectural or construction management experience, including design development, construction documentation, permitting, and consultant coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production of schematic design drawings, design development and construction documents
• Manage projects from conceptual design through construction completion, including consultant coordination, permitting, bidding support, and construction administration
• Support planning and execution of corporate office renovations, workplace improvements and space planning initiatives
• Perform zoning research and manage/file local municipalities required permits as necessary.
• Coordinate with consultants throughout all phases of design and construction
• Perform review and analysis of constructability and value engineering
• Coordinate and maintain project schedules
• Develop and produce an array of drawing types for design, planning, sequencing/phasing
• Use computer-aided design software and equipment to prepare project designs and drawings
• Prepare material takeoff information and assist with cost estimates
• Prepare and disseminate status reports and drawings
• Provide technical support for senior management and all projects/facilities
• Coordination with field personnel to accomplish project tasks
• Prepare site reports and regulatory documentation
• Coordinating architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and specialty consultants
• Prepare presentations, graphics, and technical reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Interface with municipalities and regulatory agencies to secure approvals and permits
• Review RFI’s, submittals, prepare punch lists and perform on-site inspections
