DeForest Architects in California is seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience to work on challenging custom residential projects from our Lake Tahoe studio. Strong design and project management skills, plus experience with complex land use issues and permitting, are essential.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and team members, and requires proficiency in ArchiCAD and wood-frame detailing. Local relocation and eligibility to work in the U.S. are expected.

Qualifikationen

About You

We need strong design and project management skills gained from a minimum of 6 years of experience working on challenging projects in all phases, including at least 2 years on complex custom single-family residential projects. Technical knowledge and thoughtful detailing are a must. Excellent communication with clients and team members, along with strong organizational skills, should be second nature.
